This case was an online assessment as part of a recruitment process for Sinch.
The challenge was to design and present a customer support system. The system should include:
- • Handling and prioritisation of support tickets
- • Support for collaboration between multiple agents on solving tasks
- • Communication between agents and customers
And the deliverables should include (but were not limited to):
- • High level wire frames describing how you solve the design challenge
- • Example of the UI’s look & feel
